MyChinaShopper exists to make buying from China less of a gamble. Most buyers are working from a WhatsApp contact, a website listing, or a supplier they've never met — and the first time they see the goods is when the container is already paid for.

Can you work with a supplier I've already found?
Yes. Plenty of clients come to us with a supplier they found online and want checked before they pay. We'll verify the company is real, visit if needed, and review the quote.
Can you inspect products before I pay?
Yes — this is one of the main reasons people work with us. We inspect against your specification and send photos and video so you can decide with evidence rather than a promise.
Can you source samples?
Yes. Samples are usually the right first step, and we can consolidate samples from several suppliers into one shipment to keep the cost down.
Can you negotiate prices for me?
Yes. We negotiate in Mandarin, in person where it helps, and at the price a local buyer would pay rather than the rate quoted to a foreign buyer.
Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?
Both. We help individuals buying their first samples and businesses importing containers regularly.
I've never imported before. Can you help?
Yes, and first-time importers are a large part of who we work with. We'll walk you through what happens at each stage so you're never guessing what comes next.
Can you visit a factory for me?
Yes. We travel to factories and wholesale markets across China and report back with photos and video from the visit.
How do I know my money is safe?
We never ask you to send money to a supplier you haven't verified. We check the business is registered and real before any deposit, and we'll tell you plainly when something looks wrong.
